Blue Boy Group can be cleared by using Paint. Tap on an Blue Boy Group and tap on the Paint. Aim the Green circle around the Blue Boy Group and tap on the Check mark to clear them.
What do I get from clearing Blue Boy Group?
Clearing Blue Boy Group drops the following items:

How do I spawn Blue Boy Group?
Blue Boy Group will start spawning at the start of Phase 1 event quest, “Casino Locale”. A few Blue Boy Group will spawn every few hours and you can have a maximum of 8 Blue Boy Group on your playspace.

When the Casino Workers’ Health Points go to zero, you will successfully clear them.
