After sending a few questions over to JamCity/Tinyco. These are the replies I received.
Q: For the Quahog Historical Society, Will there ever
be a “Send all characters” option to send all characters (Except for those used during an event) to the
Quahog Historical Society Museum?
A: We appreciate you are writing us regarding the Go for Gold action to be available for all characters at the same time.
Q: Will there be any future uses for Stewie Bucks?
A: We are working in new events, and we hope to have a feature to this item.
Q: Will there be any more Land Expansion?
A: Thank you for letting us know that we need to increase the land so you will be able to expand your city.
Q: Any possibility of being able to “send gifts” to neighbors? (Especially during events, being able to send items needed as gifts)
A: We’re taking all feedback into consideration, and I would be happy to forward this to the development team and they can do something to make the game better.
Q: When you purchase off a character (use clams to finish) why do you still collect unusable items for that character?
A: The buildings will be giving the items they are supposed to, even if you complete the character.
