There are 3 different level types:
Main Player Level:
The current max level for the main player level is 100
Character Levels:
Almost all characters max level is 15 an exception to this is the following Characters:
Peter Griffin, Mayor West, Vinny, Tom Tucker, Kool Aid Man, and the Comic Con characters. These Characters max level is 25.
Districts Levels:
There are a total of 12 Districts in Family Guy: The Quest for stuff. They are as follows:
- District 1: Spooner Street
- District 2: Clam Quarter
- District 3: Shopping Center
- District 4: School District
- District 5: Pirate’s Cove
- District 6: Civic Center
- District 7: Asian Town
- District 8: Entertainment District
- District 9: Downtown
- District 10: Fine Arts District
- District 11: Pawtucket Brewery
- District 12: The Graveyard
Each District opens up after completing certain quests. Also in opening new districts, this brings in new characters, tasks, buildings, and decorations.
There is also “The Luxuary Resort” (Or Tan Lines). This will appear later in the game in which you will be able to place “non-usable” characters in there.
It’s preferable that you only put characters in there when they are at max level and don’t really have a purpose for Events.
